Protestan trabajadores de VIP’S y El Portón por despido injustificado

Un grupo de 25 trabajadores de la franquicia de restaurantes Vips y El Portón de Acapulco y Chilpancingo, se manifestaron por despido injustificado a las afueras de la sucursal ubicada en Galerías Acapulco.

Laura Lizeth una de las trabajadoras afectadas, comentó en entrevista que la situación es lamentable, ya que a un día de que se termine el año, las dejaron sin trabajo sin darles una explicación del por qué les han quitado su fuente de ingresos.

Denunció que la empresa se ha negado a dar una explicación del despido de sus compañeros y que solo les han ofrecido una cantidad mínima, de la que en realidad les corresponde por ley. Destacó que entre los afectados hay compañeros que tenían hasta 20 años de antigüedad y solo les están ofreciendo 30 mil pesos de liquidación.

Expusieron que llegarán hasta las últimas consecuencias con la empresa. Y amagaron que realizaran una protesta para que la empresa se haga responsable, lamentaron que el Sindicato de la Sección 20 haga caso omiso a sus peticiones y los deje solos cuando debería respaldarlos para que sean respetados sus derechos laborales.
